We had a great experience with John at the Dayton store! We had a large install for 185 yards with padding and every carpet store we checked didn’t have the amount we needed and would have to order it in which would take weeks to get and then they were scheduling installs in March. John came out the next day and measured, had a quote within a few hours and worked to keep us in our budget. They installed the carpet a few days later and we couldn’t be happier. John’s customer service and follow through made our project a success! we will definitely be using Big Bob’s in the future!

I reached out to big Bob’s online and immediately received a call from John Bodie. He was kind enough to come out and take measurements. The pricing he offered was more than fair and affordable. The flooring was ordered and arrived promptly. The installers were wonderful and the floor looks fabulous. Thank you John.

I found Big Bob's Flooring Outlet through a Google search while looking to update flooring in my rental property. Upon visiting, I was very pleased with the variety available and also with the no pressure assistance received from John B. After making my selection, he came as promised the very next day to take measurements. The estimates were the best I received and I scheduled installation. The installers arrived on time on the scheduled date and worked through the day to complete the project. Both I and my tenant are very satisfied with the work and I plan to use Big Bob's again when needed.

Sept. 2025 Went back to Big Bob’s for carpeting in our Clifton home. Great experience from carpet selection to measuring to installation. Got a great price and everything looks fantastic! June 2023 Went to Big Bob's Flooring outlet to have carpet replaced in our basement. We got a great price and had the carpet installed today and they did a wonderful job - it's obvious that the installers do this every day. The carpet looks fabulous, they cleaned up, vacuumed and helped put all the furniture back in place. 5 stars.

I have to say I was surprised at the incredible pricing on the flooring we wanted to have installed. Once we decided to go with Big Bob's, the service was amazing. From Mark in sales, to Armando's crew at install. Everything went perfectly. Very professional crew! I would definitely recommend them.
